Any student at Quirino High School is welcome to participate in any of the extracurricular activities or organizations offered. It will be highly beneficial for them to determine and enhance their abilities, learn more, socialize with different people, and attempt to work collaboratively with them.

Different departments arrange diverse activities, booths, and stalls, each department creating its unique display. Students dress in their grade-specific physical education uniforms, and the school suspends classes for the day.   History Quirino High School was established in 1955 as an annex of Quezon City High School. It became an independent school in 1958 and experienced significant growth in enrollment. In 1965, an annex called Jose P. Laurel School was created to accommodate the increasing number of students. In 1971, Mrs. Consuelo D. Sison became the Head Teacher In-charge and implemented various improvements, including the 3-Day Scheme Program, which aimed to enhance the school's academic performance.
