Different departments arrange diverse activities, booths, and stalls, each department creating its unique display. This pause from regular studies gives students the chance to immerse themselves in the celebrations, partake in various activities, and discover the wide array of attractions arranged by the school.

History Quirino High School was established in 1955 as an annex of Quezon City High School. It became an independent school in 1958 and experienced significant growth in enrollment. In 1965, an annex called Jose P. Laurel School was created to accommodate the increasing number of students. In 1971, Mrs. Consuelo D. Sison became the Head Teacher In-charge and implemented various improvements, including the 3-Day Scheme Program, which aimed to enhance the school's academic performance.
