FOUNDATION DAY In November, Quirino High School observes both its foundation month and English month, usually around the middle of the month. Different departments arrange diverse activities, booths, and stalls, each department creating its unique display. Students dress in their grade-specific physical education uniforms, and the school suspends classes for the day. This pause from regular studies gives students the chance to immerse themselves in the celebrations, partake in various activities, and discover the wide array of attractions arranged by the school.

BRIGADA  The yearly Brigada Eskwela at Quality High School (QHS) is a symbol of community cohesion and dedication to academic performance. Parents, educators, kids, and committed community members enthusiastically team up to take part in this life-changing program every year. The QHS community joins together to restore and reinvigorate the school grounds, paintbrushes in hand and hearts full of devotion. Brigada Eskwela at QHS exemplifies camaraderie and group responsibility through classroom renovations and common area upkeep. This week-long project not only improves the school's outside but also gives participants a sense of pride and ownership, guaranteeing that QHS will always be a lively and welcoming learning environment for all of its students.
NATIONAL CHILDREN'S MONTH  Children's Month is an internationally observed time of year devoted to promoting children's rights and well-being. It provides a forum for promoting public understanding of children's fundamental rights, as stated in international accords such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. Numerous occasions, initiatives, and programs are planned this month to highlight the value of healthcare, education, safeguarding against abuse, and establishing a secure environment for kids. It highlights the value of providing children with supportive surroundings in which they can develop, learn, and express themselves freely.

History Quirino High School was established in 1955 as an annex of Quezon City High School. It became an independent school in 1958 and experienced significant growth in enrollment. In 1965, an annex called Jose P. Laurel School was created to accommodate the increasing number of students. In 1971, Mrs. Consuelo D. Sison became the Head Teacher In-charge and implemented various improvements, including the 3-Day Scheme Program, which aimed to enhance the school's academic performance.
